Here in the Seattle and Bellevue metro area we are seeing fewer and fewer of these on the market. If you do find one it might not be a bad idea to consider it. Don't be scared of these properties!     I think, at current interest rates and discounts on bank owned properties you should definitely take full advantage of this investment opportunity. The only thing to consider is banks will not sale to buyers if the property needs a lot of work.
